Some highlights from our farms...
P&V/Warner Farms - plethora of fresh veggies and Niagara region orchard picked fruit.
Grassroot Organics - beautiful tomatoes (cherry, grape, salad), peppers (sweet, bell), cukes, honey and maple (2013 crop).
Fresh from the Farm - mennonite grown and prepared foods including eggs, vegetables, fruit, and preserves. 100% beef wieners, 100% beef bologna, grass fed ground beef, chicken feta with spinach sausage.
Highmark Farms- A bounty of fresh vegetables including green and black kale, beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbages, and more. Also selling eggs and perogies.
Wheelbarrow - Freshest onions (red, white, green), gorgeous italian eggplants, squash, spring greens and more. Don't forgot about Tony's famous pulled pork on a bun!
Jerry's Berries - Last week for sure...get those raspberries!
Cross Wind Farm - Artisan goat cheese products. Feta and goat cheese, yogurt, milk, meat and soaps.
Little Valley CSA - Berkshire Pork pasture raised. From bacon to chops!
Hamlin Honey - As local as local gets! Brian's honey is produced at different locations across Ontario but the closest to us is Portland's Energy Centre.
Backyard Urban Farm Co.- If they aren't growing lovely vegetable seedlings for you to plant, they are teaching you how to prepare your gardens for late season or next seasons plantings. Also, beautiful cut flowers and organic fertilizer to boost your veggie plants as they start to produce.

Tiffinday - Vegan south asian food to fill the belly and feed the soul.
Village Kanteen - Eritrean food that is prepared with nutrition in mind. Products are sourced from Urban Farms.
Bix Bakery - Dairy and peanut free sorbets!
BlackBird Baking Co - A bakery in our backyard. Baguettes, Focaccia, Loafs and more.
Abokichi - Onigiri, rice rolls flavoured with quality ingredients. The best grab and go! This week they are featuring their Crunchy Chili Oil which is used in the chill and kelp onigiri. This stuff is delicious on ANYTHING: rice, pasta, potatoes, veggies, plain old tofu, burgers, meats of any kind, and probably other things that we haven't thought of yet.
Coffeecology - Roasted in Hamilton - no less than 2 days prior to selling! Pick-up at the market or opt for regular delivery to your doorstep ~ by bike.
Get your kids cooking at the market using seasonal farm direct products. Our farmers donate product for their creations.

Get down to the ground and create some art using recycled materials and things from nature with Sarah Wooldridge.

Paintbrushes, paint, gesso, gel medium, powder tempera, markers, pencils, pencil crayons, pencil sharpeners, PAPER!! used sketch books (just tear out the pages you want to keep) clip boards, tape of all kinds, glue of all kinds, wall paper, wrapping paper, tissue paper, newspaper... old greeting cards, jewellry making supplies of all kinds, used clothing - wool sweaters, sweat shirts, jeans, cords, anything to do with sewing (zippers, thread, pin cushions, pins/needles, embroidery thread, thimbles!!!, buttons, hooks and eyes, velcro, stitch rippers, scissors) unwanted stuffed animals -buckets, marg or yogurt containers with lids (all sizes) 2L pop bottles, small pop bottles, straws, pipe cleaners, balloons, old digital or analogue cameras, cookie tins of all sizes (must have lids, for pinhole photography), hard cover books.
