Geoff works in the restaurant industry so his escapes have involved small jaunts up the the family cottage and visits to friends at the Drake Devonshire in Prince Edward County. Our student volunteers have been steadfast and present all summer! With the exception of lucky Nicki who had a well deserved break to visit family in England. I have been busy with the new shop as well as the market, so time off this summer has been fleeting. Our family managed a week escape up north to a tiny, off-the-grid cabin and it was glorious!
Although summer has been great, the market folks are looking forward to seeing everyone back from their summer adventures! So as we roll back into routine --- remember to add us to your calendar as a weekly stop for fabulous farm fresh foods and a little bit of sanity in the midst of the fall busyness.
